Cancellation/Refunds: There are no refunds for cancelling your Invest Canada ‘21 registration. Substitutions are permitted.
Substitutions: If you’re unable to attend Invest Canada ‘21, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made on or before Friday, May 28, 2021 with written confirmation from the person registered. [Note: If you are a CVCA member and your replacement is a non-member, that person must pay any outstanding balance due to the difference in fees.]
Special Accommodations for Limited Partners: Complimentary entrance to Invest Canada ‘21 for LPs is determined solely by the judgment and discretion of the CVCA. Guests of LPs must be requested and approved by the CVCA in advance and cannot exceed the maximum of three passes.
Price adjustments will not be permitted.
By completing an Invest Canada ‘21 registration, you consent to receive communications from the CVCA.
By using the IC21 virtual platform as an attendee, you consent to be able to receive and send personal messages, and/or video call invitations.
You also grant the CVCA, its representatives and employees the right to take relevant screenshots, which may or may not include your name, in reference to Invest Canada ‘21. You agree that CVCA may use such screenshots with or without your name and for any lawful purpose including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, and web content.
Each session during Invest Canada ‘21 will be recorded and will be accessible for a limited time following the close of IC21. These recordings are for attendee personal consumption and attendees are not permitted to share this content.
Any secondary individual recordings from IC21 attendees is not permitted.

We ask that all attendees, speakers, sponsors and other guests of Invest Canada ’21 behave respectfully, harassment, discrimination, bullying and other unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. If you’re asked – whether by an Invest Canada ’21 organizer or another attendee – to stop your behaviour, you’re expected to do so immediately and respectfully.
If you have a complaint or concern about harassment, discrimination, bullying or any other conduct, we encourage you to tell event staff or security personnel immediately. If you witness this happening to someone else, please report that, too. You may request that your report remain completely confidential.
