Tickets & Registration

There is no refund for canceling your Invest Canada registration. Substitutions are permitted.

For Substitutions: If you cannot attend Invest Canada, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made on or before Monday, May 25, 2026 with written confirmation from the person registered. Note: If you are a CVCA member and your replacement is a non-member, that person must pay any outstanding balance because of the difference in fees.

CVCA does not offer any daily rates. Any members wishing to participate in any part of the conference are required to register for the whole conference.

The purchaser will receive a copy of the receipt via email address provided. Each individual registrant, as part of the order will receive a separate confirmation of their event registration via email, but not a copy of the order receipt.

If you are unsure whether you qualify for member pricing, please confirm with your CVCA membership administrator before registering. Registrations must be completed using a work email address associated with a CVCA member organization to ensure correct pricing. Price adjustments will not be permitted.

Group tickets will be available starting March 2!

Attendees registering four or more attendees from the same organization will receive a 15% discount off regular pricing. All delegates must be registered at the same time to be eligible for the discount. This offer cannot be combined with any other Invest Canada or CVCA conference offer. Price adjustments will not be permitted.
